Prenatal DNA Testing provides coordination services for legal chain-of-custody DNA testing, including prenatal paternity testing. All testing is performed by an accredited laboratory. Submitting a form or contacting us does not guarantee service until confirmed by our team.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or request services. By doing so, you confirm you are legally authorized to schedule testing and, where applicable, to act on behalf of a minor.

3. NO MEDICAL ADVICE

The information on this website is for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

4. TEST ACCURACY AND RE-TESTS

While the partnered laboratory follows industry standards to ensure accuracy, Prenatal DNA Testing is not responsible for errors resulting from sample contamination, identity issues, or incomplete information. In the rare case of a lab-related error, Prenatal DNA Testing will offer one free re-draw, including free mobile collector service.

5. PAYMENT, DEPOSITS, AND REFUNDS

To schedule a DNA testing appointment, Prenatal DNA Testing requires a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures the appointment and covers administrative coordination costs.e

  • If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • If you pay in full and testing is not performed, you may request a partial refund, which will exclude the non-refundable deposit.

  • All testing services must be paid in full before laboratory processing and before any results are released.

Secure Payment Processing

All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Prenatal DNA Testing does not collect or store any payment card information directly through our website. For more information about Stripe’s data handling practices, please visit https://stripe.com/privacy.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any services, offers, or pricing.

6. DELAYS AND THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY

Prenatal Dna Testing are not responsible for delays caused by laboratories, mail carriers, or other third parties. No refunds will be issued due to such delays.

7. LIMITED LICENSE AND SITE USE

You are granted a limited license to access and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or modify any content without written permission from Prenatal DNA Testing.

8. PRIVACY AND GENETIC DATA

Prenatal DNA Testing collects your name, phone number, and email address through prenataldnatesting.com for communication purposes. No payment or genetic information is collected on the website itself. During in-person appointments, Prenatal DNA Testing may collect identity documents, photographs, and signed consent forms.
